Qabal is a software service operated by an individual entrepreneur (autónomo) registered in Spain. The service is accessible via Telegram (@QabalEdgeBot) and the website qabal.es. For contact and legal enquiries: legal@qabal.es.
As required by Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), this information is available at all times on the website.
By accessing or using Qabal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Qabal. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.

Qabal is not an investment firm, financial advisor, broker, portfolio manager, or any form of regulated financial services entity. Qabal does not manage assets, execute trades without explicit user confirmation, or provide personalised investment advice.
Qabal is accessed via your Telegram account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and for all activity that occurs through it in connection with Qabal.
Trading financial instruments, including cryptocurrencies, involves a substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors.
You acknowledge that all trading decisions are made independently by you, and that Qabal bears no responsibility for any financial losses.

When you choose to connect your OKX account to Qabal:
Qabal offers monthly subscription plans (Starter €19, Pro €39, Max €79). Prices include applicable VAT where required. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges via Stripe.
New users receive a 3-day free trial at Starter tier level. No payment method is required to begin a trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable EU consumer law. If you are an EU consumer and cancel within 14 days of your first paid subscription (cooling-off period), you are entitled to a full refund provided you have not made material use of the service.
We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases, communicated via Telegram and email where available.
All software, algorithms, content, and branding associated with Qabal are the property of the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own trading analysis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qabal's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Qabal is not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; trading losses; loss of profits; loss of data; or service interruptions, regardless of the cause.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Spanish or EU law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Qabal harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the service, or your trading activity.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Qabal if you materially breach these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or for any other reasonable cause. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via Telegram at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
