Qabal uses a minimal cookie approach. We use strictly necessary cookies plus Google Analytics for website usage statistics, which is only activated after you give consent via the cookie banner on the main page. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any technology that profiles your behaviour across the web.
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember information about your visit. Under EU law (ePrivacy Directive and GDPR), we must tell you what cookies we use and obtain your consent for non-essential ones.
We use only one type of cookie storage: browser localStorage, which functions similarly to cookies but is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers.

We do not use session cookies, authentication cookies, or any cookies set by Qabal's own servers. The Qabal website is a static site — there is no server-side session management.

To clear your Qabal consent preference, open your browser developer tools, go to Application → Local Storage → qabal.es, and delete the qabal_cookie_consent entry.
Strictly necessary cookies (including consent storage) are placed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the website and complying with our legal obligations under the ePrivacy Directive and GDPR Article 6(1)(c). No consent is required for strictly necessary cookies under Recital 25 of the ePrivacy Directive.
Third-party payment cookies (Stripe) are placed on the basis of your consent to proceed with a purchase, and are necessary for the performance of the contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
If our cookie use changes materially, we will update this policy and the date at the top. For significant changes, we will notify active users via Telegram.
